Catered Events

We are always interested in working with you to design a menu that fits both your tastes and your budget.  From rehearsal dinners to corporate retreats, buffet style or served meals, our dining room or our barn seat 65 people, larger gatherings are possible in a rented tent in our field.  Below are some sample menus to get your planning started!

Hors d'oeuvres:  Shrimp cocktail, spinach stuffed mushrooms, Chicken satay, Cheese platter, Crudités platter, Baked brie with Maine blueberries,

Choice of Salad:  Tossed with homemade blue cheese dressing or balsamic vinaigrette, Spinach Salad, Caesar Salad with fresh parmesan and homemade croutons

Choice of Vegetable:  Green bean  Almandine, carrots in maple rosemary glaze, steamed corn, roasted asparagus, sautéed zucchini and summer squash, steamed peas

Starch Options:  Basmati rice, long grain and wild rice, roasted red potatoes with garlic and rosemary, Mashed Yukon Gold potatoes

Bread:  Dilly onion, whole wheat, anadama, tomato basil, honey spice, red chili cheddar, focaccia
