Homemade dilly onion or whole wheat bread

Fresh mixed green salad with choice of homemade dressing:  Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette, or Ranch

Entrees

Sirloin Tips served on a bed of sautéed spinach, mushrooms and onions topped with Bordelaise sauce

Pork tenderloin  broiled with a pomegranate molasses glaze, roasted apples and  onion

Fresh wild Haddock with a Lemon Wine Herb Splash or baked with a golden crunchy topping

Key Lime marinated chicken- grilled and served with a side of garlic aioli or fresh mango salsa

Shrimp Scampi - Tiger prawns sautéed with Ellen's secret sauce, served on linguini

Fresh broiled salmon topped with teriyaki maple glaze or lemon and herb butter

Rack of Lamb – Oven roasted with an herb crust   

Vegetarian black bean enchiladas served with sides of salsa and sour cream

Slowly roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, finished to your preference rare ~ well done, topped with homemade Au Jus and a side of horseradish

Maine Crab Cakes served with a side of Thai garlic, Southwest chili cream, or homemade Tartar

Baby Back Ribs- Slowly roasted and smothered in our homemade barbeque sauce

Smoked mozzarella ravioli topped with homemade marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese

Grilled Maple Leaf duck breast with orange balsamic sauce

 

All entrees are served with roasted asparagus  and baby green peas

and a choice of

Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes or Long grain and wild rice

Chocolate Raspberry Cake – Chocolate cake with a raspberry filling topped with chocolate ganache

Strawberry Shortcake – Layers of ladyfinger cake, fresh whipped

cream, and sliced fresh strawberries

Apple Pie –made with fresh granny smith apples and homemade flaky crust

Chocolate Mousse, topped with fresh whipped cream

Blueberry Pie – made with wild Maine blueberries and homemade pie crust

Hummingbird Cake with cream cheese frosting

Vanilla Cheesecake- plain cheesecake topped with a mixed berry sauce

Chocolate Turtle Cake – Chocolate Cake with homemade caramel and pecan center, topped with chocolate ganache
