Fresh wild Haddock with a Lemon Wine Herb Splash or baked with a golden crunchy topping Key Lime marinated chicken- grilled and served with a side of garlic aioli or fresh mango salsa Shrimp Scampi - Tiger prawns sautéed with Ellen's secret sauce, served on linguini Fresh broiled salmon topped with teriyaki maple glaze or lemon and herb butter Rack of Lamb – Oven roasted with an herb crust Vegetarian black bean enchiladas served with sides of salsa and sour cream Slowly roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, finished to your preference rare ~ well done, topped with homemade Au Jus and a side of horseradish Maine Crab Cakes served with a side of Thai garlic, Southwest chili cream, or homemade Tartar Baby Back Ribs- Slowly roasted and smothered in our homemade barbeque sauce Smoked mozzarella ravioli topped with homemade marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese Grilled Maple Leaf duck breast with orange balsamic sauce
All entrees are served with roasted asparagus and baby green peas and a choice of Mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes or Long grain and wild rice
