Homemade dilly onion or whole wheat bread

Fresh mixed green salad with choice of homemade dressing:  Blue Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Raspberry Vinaigrette, or Ranch

Entrees

Sirloin Tips served on a bed of sautéed spinach, mushrooms and onions topped with Your choice of Bordelaise or creamy gorgonzola sauce

Roasted Pork Loin topped with a pomegranate molasses glaze, roasted apples and onions

Fresh Wild Haddock with a Lemon Wine Herb Splash or baked with a golden crunchy topping

Chicken Pot Pie- chicken, carrots, potatoes and pearl onions mixed in a creamy sauce topped with puff pastry

Shrimp Scampi - Tiger prawns sautéed with Ellen's secret sauce, served on linguini

Fresh Broiled Salmon topped with teriyaki maple glaze or lemon and herb butter

Rack of Lamb – in a balsamic, rosemary and garlic marinade then oven roasted and served with a side of mint jelly

Mediterranean Pork Loin- stuffed with  a blend of feta, olives, and spinach roasted in a garlic, sun dried tomato and balsamic marinade

Slowly roasted Black Angus Prime Rib, finished to your preference rare ~ well done, topped with homemade Au Jus and a side of horseradish

Crab Cakes served with a side of Thai garlic, Southwest chili cream, or homemade Tartar

Baby Back Ribs- Slowly roasted and smothered in our homemade barbeque sauce

Roasted Vegetable and Asiago cheese Ravioli topped with homemade marinara sauce and freshly grated parmesan cheese

Crispy ½ Duckling with an Orange-Ginger Plum Glaze

 

All entrees are served with baby green peas or maple glazed carrots

and a choice of

Roasted red potatoes with rosemary and garlic or Long grain and wild rice

Chocolate Raspberry Cake – Chocolate cake with a raspberry filling topped with chocolate ganache

Apple Pie –made with fresh granny smith apples and homemade flaky crust

Chocolate Mousse, topped with fresh whipped cream

Blueberry Pie – made with wild Maine blueberries and homemade pie crust

Carrot Cake with cream cheese frosting

Vanilla Cheesecake- plain cheesecake topped with a mixed berry sauce

Chocolate Cream Pie, topped with fresh whipped cream

Lemon Coconut Cake - White cake with lemon filling and coconut frosting
