“Low Season” Mid-Week Special

5/20-5/22, 5/27-5/29, 6/3-6/5, 8/26-8/28, 9/2-9/4

Arrive Tuesday – Depart Thursday

Includes 2 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners

$152 per person, double occupancy only

All rates are American Plan and include: lakeside cottage, 3 meals served daily, daily maid service during regular and prime seasons, and fresh towels delivered during low season.

Rates do not include a 7% Maine State sales tax or a 15-20% gratuity.

GRATUITIES: The usual tip is 15-20% of your lodging and meals.  It is to be divide among the entire staff, and included in your final statement.

PETS: Bringing pets is discouraged.  There is a $25.00 daily charge per pet for the privilege, and we reserve the right to withhold your advance deposit should damage be incurred.

NON-RESIDENT FISHING LICENSES: These are available for purchase at the office.

BOATS & MOTORS: We request boats and motors be reserved at the same time as your cottage.  They are allocated on a first come, first reserved basis.  Gasoline/oil is delivered daily and priced relative to the market.  The operator and renter of the boat/motor assume sole responsibility for its operation and any damage incurred.  Private boats are docked and moored, and subject to a fee of $20.00 per day or $120.00 per week.  We have limited launching facilities.  Private boats are launched and moored at the owner’s risk.

Aluminum canoe and kayak are also available at no charge.

DEPOSITS: The requested deposit is $200.00 per week per adult credited to your final bill providing the dates of your reservation are honored.  Should it be necessary to cancel, if we are given four weeks notice, and are able to rebook the cottage, your deposit will be refunded, less a $200.00 cancellation fee.
